He had both his primary and high school education in his hometown, and attended the Zumbrota High School, Minnesota.
After completing his high school education, Gus Bradley went on and attended the North Dakota State University, where he had his tertiary education.
After 4 years (1994 – 1998), in the college, he graduated bagging a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Gus Bradley’s athletic career can be traced back to his years in college. He was a member of his college’s football team at the North Dakota State University, and there he has won many awards with the team, and played as a free safety and punter.
Bradley was also said to have helped the Bison win the NCAA Division II Football Championship in 1984, 1987, and 1988.
He was also said to have participated in the North Central Conference throughout his years in the college.
After his career in college, Gus Bradley started his football coaching career at the North Dakota State Bison. There he had first held the position of an assistant coach, before later becoming the team’s defensive coordinator/linebackers coach, and later held a number of coaching positions in the team.
After leaving the North Dakota State Bison, Bradley joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers where he had worked as a defensive quality control coach, working alongside the defensive coordinator, Monte Kiffin.

Gus Bradley got into the limelight after joing the Seattle Seahawks as the team’s defensive coordinator.
